Miss Mubashra Ashraf is an integral member of the firm’s legal team. She has completed her LLB from University of London and her areas of practice include corporate and labour law. She is a member of the firm’s litigation and corporate law team with a special focus on corporate, commercial, company and labour matters. She routinely engages in consultancy, opinion writing, legal drafting and legal research for the firm’s litigation at both the High Court and Supreme Court level, specializing in civil, constitutional and labour matters. She also works on Intellectual Property issues and handles registration of trademarks, patents and logos. She is skilled in client dealing and lends invaluable support to the firm in handling both legal consultancy and regulatory affairs for its clients in an efficient manner.
Miss Mubashra has also worked as a Lecturer of the Law for University of London (External Programme) where she taught International Protection of Human Rights and Public Law to Level 4, Level 5 and Level 6 students.
